PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product function: Bull box body is one of the components of the storage box, and the box body needs to be assembled with other products.

Cold runner Bull box body mould:

1: The mould structure of the boar box body mould consists of 4 sliders in the front mould and 8 pieces of inclined top in the back mould. The injection molding machine is forced to reset.

2: The average wall thickness of the product is 2.5mm. The larger the demoulding Angle is, the easier it is to demoulding the parts, but it is easy to cause uneven parts and affect the manufacturing accuracy.

3: The average wall thickness of the reinforcing bars is 1.0mm. The larger the demoulding Angle is, the easier it is to demoulding the parts, but it is easy to cause the top bars of the parts to be too thin and cause the product to lack glue.

4: In the mould design of the product parting surface, try to ensure the appearance quality of the product. The parting surface is set on the invisible side, so as not to affect the processing error or the flash edge of the mould production after long-term production.
