PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product function: the lamp body is the LED lamp body, the lamp body needs to be assembled with other products.

Hot runner lamp body mould:

1: The mould structure of the hot runner lamp body has 2 sliders, and there are 16 inclined tops in the back mold. The material head needs to be ejected first to push out the products.

2: The average wall thickness of the product is 1.8mm. The larger the demoulding Angle is, the easier it is to demoulding the parts, but it is easy to cause uneven parts and affect the manufacturing accuracy.

3: The average wall thickness of the reinforcing bars is 1.0mm. The larger the demoulding Angle is, the easier it is to demoulding the parts, but it is easy to cause the top bars of the parts to be too thin and cause the product to lack glue.

4: In the mould design of the product parting surface, try to ensure the appearance quality of the product. The parting surface is set on the invisible side, so as not to affect the processing error or the flash edge of the mould production after long-term production.
